Recovery time is typically 7 to 10 days. Although results are noticeable immediately, it sometimes takes a few months for swelling and bruising to disappear completely and determine the final volume of fat that survived.

5 to 7 days post-surgery, eat a soft diet, take small bites with no wide mouth movements and properly hydrate.

Sleep on your back elevated for 2 weeks, at a 30° incline, with approximately 3 pillows.

Use Cold compress made of Frozen Peas

For the first 48 hours, use cold compresses made of frozen peas to minimize swelling and help with discomfort.

You may gradually resume exercise 4 weeks after surgery; light walking is okay and recommended. Listen to your body; if it hurts the treated area- Stop.
