Outside of medicine, Dr. Vincze enjoys cooking, Pilates, gardening, and reading (she read 104 books in 2024!). She and her husband, an emergency medicine physician, live in Stockton with their two cats, Cheeto and Bebe.

Megan Falls Vincze, MD is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and head and neck surgeon. Dr. Vincze was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. She then attended Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University where she graduated magna cum laude and was in the top 10 in her class. Dr. Vincze completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Indiana University. She then completed an additional year of specialized training in facial plastic surgery and hair restoration with Dr. Edwin Williams, past president of the AAFPRS, and Dr. Keimun Slaughter. She has advanced training in functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, deep plane facelifts, eyelid surgery, deep neck lifts and liposuction, and hair restoration (FUE and FUT). Dr. Vincze has authored multiple peer reviewed publications and presented many times at national conferences. She is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).
