Sleep with Extra Pillow
Sleep with an extra pillow to reduce swelling. The greatest amount of swelling and bruising will be in the first 72 hours after injection.

Do not consume alcohol for at least the next 24 hours.

Itch or Pick Injection
Do not itch or pick around the injection site.

Exercise heavy
Do not exercise or partake in any strenuous activity, or heavy exercise for the next 24-48 hours.

Use oil-based makeup
Do not use AHA, Retinoids/Vitamin C therapy, or oil-based make-up for 24 hours

Rub treated Area
Do not rub or massage the treated area.

Wash your face as normal, but do not apply creams, lotion or make up for the remainder of the day.
