In my professional journey, I've come to realize that, above all, it is the well-being of our employees and patients that deserves my utmost attention. I firmly believe that when you prioritize the people, profitability naturally follows. In today's world, it's all too common to see businesses prioritize their bottom line over the integrity a leader can offer to both their employees and customers. However, as the leader of Esthetics Center, it is my unwavering intention to uphold the highest standards. I strive to embody our core values of Humble, Hungry, and Honor in everything I do. These values serve as my compass when devising strategies to unlock the full potential of each and every one of our employees, with the goal of helping them realize their true capabilities. To me, our company culture is paramount. Without it, we would be no different from any other establishment. I firmly believe that our patients should feel they are entering a medical spa that not only provides the highest level of professionalism but also prioritizes their best interests to achieve the best possible outcome. When I step out of our company's doors and into my own home, you'll find me dedicating my time to what matters most: my husband and two children. Whether we're working on a new house project, creating music together as a family, or spending quality time in the kitchen preparing big Italian family dinners. As Michael J.
