Recovery following any PRP treatment will vary depending on the number of injections and the area being treated. Generally, patients might notice some soreness, swelling, and possibly bruising for a few days, so treat your skin gently.

Wash Your Face

Wash your face with warm water and gentle cleanser for the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, you may go back to your regular skincare regimen.

Drink and Eat Healthy

Stay hydrated and eat a healthy well balanced diet.

Get Facials

Wait at least 2 weeks before receiving other facial treatments.

Allow Sun Exposure

Do not allow sun exposure for 2 weeks. If you must be in the sun, you must wear a hat and sunscreen SPF 50.

Exercise heavy

Do not exercise or partake in any strenuous activity, or heavy exercise for the next 24-48 hours.

Avoid hot baths, hot showers, steam baths, saunas, and swimming for 3 days.
